I have been involved in the Fitness and Nutrition industry for more than 25 years. I began weight training at the age of 15 in 1985 and competed in my first bodybuilding competition in 1988. I have been working with athletes and non athlete clients since 1990 designing nutrition and training programs and have worked with literally thousands of clients over the past 3 decades. I currently coach athletes at all levels of competition, from first time competitors to State and National Level NPC Competitors, and Pro athletes from multiple organizations. As a long time competitor and NPC judge, I know exactly what the judges are looking for on stage for each division and will help you prepare and present your physique the way the judges want to see it. I have more than 2 decades experience coaching athletes for both Natural and Open competition and I am an expert in the supplement protocols for both natural and open competition. When you purchase a contest prep program, the first thing I do is send a list of questions for you to answer that detail your goals for the program, your daily schedule including when you wake up, go to bed, your working hours and break times, and your available times to train and eat for each day of the week. I also ask for your available equipment, training and diet history, supplement use, injuries, and other similar information that will help me create your personalized program. I then design each program specifically based on your answers and I lay out a 7 day nutrition plan and training program that details exactly what to eat and when to eat it for each meal of the day, for all 7 days of the week based on your schedule and goals. Detailed Final Week Prep Instructions: The crucial final week of prep, including carb depletion and loading, dropping water, contest color, and show day instructions will be provided to you so that there is no guess work about what to do during the final week. Posing Instruction: Online Posing Instruction with Digital Camera Photos, Video, and Face Time or Skype where available. Supplement Consultation and Recommendation: I have had extensive experience working in the supplement industry and an in depth knowledge of modern sports supplementation. I will design and recommend a supplement plan based on your specific needs and available budget to help achieve your best possible condition.
